In 2004, it became apparent from changing land ownership patterns, growing environmental issues and organizations, and constant restructuring of governmental agencies and programs that there needed to be a single source for landowners to turn to for land management assistance. It was at this time that we became Virginia Forest Service and Land Care and merged as the leader in total land management.
